You can start with the free web app at app.fromsource.io, or install FromSource from the App Store on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad. Sign in (or create an account), then the onboarding flow walks you through saving your first source, capturing a voice sample for the Style Engine, and generating your first draft.

Yes. FromSource is local-first: your notes, drafts, sources, and voice samples live on your device. Content only leaves your device when you take an action that requires it — for example, publishing to a connected platform or running an AI feature you've turned on. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

The web app is currently free to use. If you use an App Store build, pricing and any subscription details are shown on the App Store listing and during onboarding. App Store subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account; manage or cancel them in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions on Mac.

Open Settings → Connections in the app and choose a platform. You'll be sent to that platform's sign-in flow to authorize FromSource. The authorization token is stored in your system keychain and is used only when you publish or read on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes the stored token.

No. We don't use your content to train our own or any third-party machine-learning models. When you run an AI feature, the relevant inputs are sent to either an on-device model or a hosted AI provider under a data-processing agreement that prohibits training on your inputs.

You can export individual drafts and source notes from the app's share menu. To export everything, open Settings → Data → Export all. To delete your local content, remove it in the app or uninstall. To delete your account-level data, email creataai.com@gmail.com from the address on file.

Yes, optionally, through iCloud. Turn it on in Settings → Sync. Sync uses your Apple ID; FromSource never sees the synced content. If you'd rather keep devices independent, leave sync off.

Email creataai.com@gmail.com with a short description, what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot. If the app crashed, please also enable diagnostics (Settings → Diagnostics) so the next crash report reaches us.
